Housewives Workout Too

I don't know about you guys, but with summer officially making itself known in Oklahoma, I'm stressing OUT. Seriously.

It's hott as oven, which requires short sleeves and short pants (also known as shorts).

However, I feel totally unprepared. My skin is pasty white. I wish everyone thought it was cool to be a whitie. I mean, it's cool for the Cullens. Why can't it be cool for everyone else? Don't they kinda set the standard?

I guess not EVERYONE lives in my world.

But it's not just my pasty white skin. It's also the flabbiness. My arms give the double wave. You know what I'm talking about. You wave and your upper arm waves back. Yeah, so NOT attractive.

Well, no worries. I've found the perfect exercise video for this problem area.

If you don't have a baby laying around, I'm sure you can grab some canned goods or a bag of flour or something.

Y'all let me know if you get any good results with this.  What is your favorite exercise?  Have you found a tried-and-true way of getting rid of the "double wave"?  Do share!
